Do I need to book an appointment?

An appointment is required. You can either book an appointment online (link to appointment booking) or call us at (519) 278 – 8868
If you cannot come to your appointment, please give us a call.

What documents do I need to bring to the appointment?

You need to bring 02 pieces of identification. Please click here to see the list of Acceptable Identifications.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit and credit.

Can I have a copy of my application?

Applicants can receive an extra copy for RCMP C216C or FBI FD258 Fingerprint Forms. However, additional charges will be applied.

For fingerprints submitted directly to the RCMP online, we can only provide a submission confirmation and official receipt. No fingerprints can be provided as they have been sent to the RCMP and we DO NOT keep any fingerprints in our system after submission.

How long does it take to have my results?

If your application does not match any criminal record, the results are within 03 days and will be sent to the address provided. Please allow several days for Canada Post.
